Description
The Hoshizaki PR93A-D2 Steelheart Series Pizza Prep Table is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 30 cu. ft. capacity, it features a 12-pan rail that accommodates (12) 1/3 size pans, with pans and adapter bars included. The unit includes (2) drawers, each capable of holding (2) 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans (pans sold separately), and (2) doors for easy access to ingredients. Inside, you'll find (4) adjustable shelves for customizable storage options. The 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides a durable workspace, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/2 HP compressor, delivering reliable cooling performance. The unit comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified for safety and compliance. Please note that this product is made to order, with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
