The Hoshizaki PR93B-D4 Steelheart Series Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and durability in busy kitchens. This one-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 29.3 cu. ft. of storage, featuring a 12-pan rail capacity with included pans and adapter bars. It includes a solid hinged door and four drawers, each capable of holding two 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately). The 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy prep surface, while the stainless steel exterior and interior ensure easy cleaning and long-lasting performance. Equipped with self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit maintains optimal temperatures for food safety. The Hoshizaki PR93B-D4 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any pizza preparation area.
