Description
The Hoshizaki PR93B-D6 Steelheart Series Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and durability in busy kitchens. This one-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 29.34 cu. ft. capacity, featuring a rail that accommodates nine 1/3 pans (pans and adapter bars included). It includes six drawers, each capable of holding two 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately). The prep table is equipped with a 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, providing a sturdy surface for food preparation. Its stainless steel exterior and interior ensure longevity and easy cleaning, while the self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for food safety and performance in any commercial kitchen.
