Description
The Hoshizaki PR93B is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and durability. This Steelheart Series unit features a spacious three-section design with a total capacity of 29.3 cu. ft., accommodating up to twelve 1/3 pans (pans and adapter bars included). Each section is equipped with three solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, providing ample storage and easy access to ingredients. The prep table includes a 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, ideal for food preparation. Its stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, along with a stainless steel interior, ensure long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a powerful 1/2 HP compressor, delivering reliable cooling performance. The unit is also compliant with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a safe choice for commercial kitchens.
