Description
The Hoshizaki SR27B-8 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a 27"W design with a spacious 7.21 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the solid hinged door provides easy access to contents. Equipped with one adjustable shelf and eight 1/6 size pans that are 4" deep, this unit accommodates a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail. The 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board offers ample workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel interior and exterior, including the hinged top cover, ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/5 HP compressor, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly.
