Description
The Hoshizaki SR27B-8D2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a 27"W design with a spacious 7.21 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit includes two drawers that come with eight 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" for both the drawer and top rail. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki SR27B-8D2 operates with a 1/5 HP compressor and is compliant with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for food service environments.
