Description
The Hoshizaki SR36B-10 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This Steelheart Series unit features a single section with a 36" width and a spacious 9.9 cu. ft. interior, ideal for efficient food storage and easy access. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for optimal cooling efficiency. The unit includes one solid hinged door and one adjustable shelf, providing flexibility for organizing ingredients. It comes with ten 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail. A 10" deep by 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board is included, enhancing food prep capabilities. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top, the SR36B-10 ensures durability and easy cleaning. It is mounted on four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The unit operates with a 1/6 HP compressor and is compliant with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
