The Hoshizaki SR36B-15M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a robust Steelheart Series construction with a single section and a 36"W design, offering 9.9 cu. ft. of storage space. It includes a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that ensures optimal cooling performance. Equipped with one solid hinged door and an adjustable shelf, the unit provides easy access and customizable storage options. The refrigerator comes with fifteen 1/6 pans, each 4" deep, allowing for organized ingredient storage. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board is included, providing a durable workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, this unit is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
