Hoshizaki SR48B-12

The Hoshizaki SR48B-12 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit includes two solid hinged doors for easy access and two adjustable shelves to accommodate various ingredients and supplies. It comes with twelve 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, with a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail, ensuring ample storage for toppings and ingredients. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board is included, providing a durable workspace for food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, the Hoshizaki SR48B-12 is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system enhances efficiency, while the 1/5 HP compressor ensures reliable performance. The unit is equipped with a power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and quality.
