Description
The Hoshizaki SR48B-18M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. Equipped with two solid hinged doors, the unit provides easy access to its interior, which includes two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. The top rail accommodates 18 included 1/6 pans, each 4" deep, with a maximum pan depth of 6". A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food prep. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the hinged top cover, the SR48B-18M is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system enhances efficiency, while the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/5 HP compressor ensure eco-friendly operation. The unit comes with a power cord and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for safety and reliability.
