The Hoshizaki SR48B-18MD4 is a high-performance Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a generous 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, ideal for storing ingredients for sandwiches and salads. It includes four drawers and comes equipped with 18 1/6 top pans, each 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" for versatile storage options. The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/5 HP compressor, delivering reliable cooling performance. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system further improves efficiency. The Hoshizaki SR48B-18MD4 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a safe and compliant choice for any food service environment.
