The Hoshizaki SR48B-8 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This Steelheart Series unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that ensures efficient cooling. Equipped with two solid hinged doors, the unit provides easy access to its interior, which includes two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. The top rail accommodates eight 1/6 pans, each 4" deep, with a maximum pan depth of 6", allowing for versatile ingredient organization. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board is included, enhancing food prep efficiency. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the hinged top cover, the SR48B-8 is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant contribute to its eco-friendly operation. Powered by a 1/5 HP compressor, this unit comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
