The Hoshizaki SR60B-12M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious 60"W design with a 14.8 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy food service environments. Equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, it ensures optimal cooling performance. The unit includes two solid hinged doors for easy access and two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. It comes with twelve 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail for versatile food storage options. The 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. A full set of adapter bars is included for added flexibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with the hinged top cover, ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant contribute to its energy efficiency.
