Description
The Hoshizaki SR60B-16 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 60"W design with a 14.8 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the two solid hinged doors provide easy access to contents. Equipped with two adjustable shelves, the SR60B-16 comes with 16 included 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail. The 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. The hot gas condensate removal system enhances performance, while the four 6" casters (two with brakes) provide mobility and stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, the SR60B-16 is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
