Description
The Hoshizaki SR60B-24MD4 is a high-performance Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a spacious 60"W design with a 14.8 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. The unit includes four drawers, each capable of accommodating (24) 1/6 top pans that are 4" deep, with a maximum pan depth of 6" for both the drawer and top rail. A 10"D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel interior and exterior front ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the hot gas condensate removal system enhances performance. Mobility is facilitated by four 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki SR60B-24MD4 operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and is compliant with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
