Description
The Hoshizaki SR72B-18M is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious three-section design with a 72" width and a generous 21.25 cu. ft. capacity. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for optimal cooling. The unit includes three solid hinged doors for easy access and three adjustable shelves to accommodate various storage needs. It comes with 18 included 1/6 pans, each 4" deep, and supports a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail. A 10" deep by 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki SR72B-18M operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and is compliant with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
