The Hoshizaki UF48B-01 is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, while the two reversible solid hinged doors provide easy access and flexibility in layout. Equipped with a cylinder door lock for added security, this freezer also includes two adjustable shelves, allowing for customizable storage options. The stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top ensure longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" stem casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, the Hoshizaki UF48B-01 is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The unit comes with a power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
