Description
The Hoshizaki UF48B-LP is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 12.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. The freezer includes two solid hinged doors for easy access and two adjustable shelves to accommodate various storage needs. Its stainless steel interior and exterior provide a sleek, professional appearance while ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit also features hot gas condensate removal for optimal performance. Mobility is enhanced with four 2-1/4" stem casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The Hoshizaki UF48B-LP operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. It meets ADA compliance standards and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and sanitation requirements.
