The full-length gravity coil system, complemented by an extra full-length humidity coil at the main deck, ensures ideal temperature and humidity levels for meat storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and both exterior and interior, this display case is built to withstand the rigors of daily use while maintaining a sleek appearance. Designed for remote refrigeration, it includes an R448A expansion valve for efficient cooling. Please note that remote condensing units and other hookups are not included. Operating at 115 volts and 1.6 amps, it delivers a cooling capacity of 2800 BTU. The unit is cULus certified, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation compliant, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
