IKON IGCO LP

The IKON IGCO LP is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. Measuring 38.12" W x 44.37" D, it features three powerful 18,000 BTU inshot burners, providing a total output of 54,000 BTU. The oven is equipped with an oven ready light, electronic ignition (Fenwal), and an electronic thermostat (FAST) for precise temperature control, ranging from 150°F to 500°F (66°-260°C). The forced cool down fan mode and a robust 2-speed 1/2 HP fan motor ensure optimal cooking conditions and consistent results. The right-side control panel offers easy access, while the pull-down drawer enhances convenience. Inside, two halogen lights illuminate the cooking area, and five nickel-plated racks with ten adjustable positions allow for flexible cooking arrangements. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top, along with a durable porcelain enamel interior, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The glass window doors provide visibility without compromising heat retention. The IKON IGCO LP is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified, and it is ENERGY STAR® rated, making it an efficient choice for any kitchen. It ships with a natural gas conversion kit for added versatility.
