Description
The IKON IMG-36 is a powerful gas countertop griddle designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 36" W x 34.4" D, it features three U-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU for a total output of 90,000 BTU, ensuring rapid heating and consistent cooking performance. The 3/4" polished steel griddle plate provides ample cooking space and excellent heat retention. Adjustable manual controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front-lit pilot light enhances visibility during operation. The griddle is equipped with three gas control knobs for easy access and operation. Double wall insulated sides enhance safety and energy efficiency, while welded back and side splash guards help contain spills. A rear flue aids in ventilation, and the removable 3-1/4" grease drawer features a weep hole and baffle for effective grease management. The 4" wide grease trough further simplifies cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs, the IKON IMG-36 is built to withstand heavy use, and its non-skid feet ensure stability during operation.
