Description
The IKON IMG-60 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 60" W x 34.4" D, it features five powerful U-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU for a total output of 150,000 BTU, ensuring efficient cooking for a variety of dishes. The 3/4" polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking surfaces. Adjustable manual controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front-lit pilot light enhances visibility during operation. The double wall insulated sides improve energy efficiency and safety. Built-in welded back and side splash guards help maintain a clean workspace, and the rear flue ensures proper ventilation. The removable 3-1/4" grease drawer, equipped with a weep hole and baffle, simplifies cleanup, while the 4" wide grease trough effectively collects excess grease. The stainless steel cabinet and six adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet provide stability and durability.
