The IKON IR-10-60 is a powerful 60" gas cooking range designed for commercial kitchens. It features ten high-performance burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, ensuring efficient cooking for a variety of dishes. The range includes two static ovens with a total output of 366,000 BTUs, equipped with a 3-position oven rack and four oven racks for versatile baking and roasting options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, back riser, and lift-off shelf, the IKON IR-10-60 is built for durability and easy maintenance. The 12" cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. The porcelain-coated oven interior door, sides, and hearth facilitate easy cleaning and enhance longevity. Additional features include a full pull-out crumb tray for hassle-free cleanup, manual controls for precise operation, and a riser with a removable shelf for added convenience. The unit is mounted on six casters for easy mobility. This range is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified and ships with an LP gas conversion kit for flexibility in fuel options.
