Description
The IKON IR-6B-24RG-60 is a powerful 60" gas cooking range designed for commercial kitchens. It features six high-performance burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, providing exceptional heat for various cooking tasks. The unit includes a 24” raised griddle/broiler with a robust 46,000 BTU output, perfect for searing and broiling. Equipped with two static ovens, the range offers a 3-position oven rack system and four oven racks, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options. The full pull-out crumb tray simplifies cleanup, while thermostatic controls ensure precise temperature management. The range is built with durability in mind, featuring a stainless steel front, back riser, and lift-off shelf, along with a porcelain-coated oven interior door, sides, and hearth for easy maintenance. The 12" cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. Mobility is enhanced with six casters, and the unit boasts a total output of 306,000 BTUs. It meets CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star standards and includes an LP gas conversion kit for added versatility.
