Description

The IKON IRSB-36 LP Salamander Broiler is designed for high-performance cooking with natural LP gas. This 36-inch unit features three infrared burners, each delivering 13,000 BTUs, for a total output of 45,000 BTUs. The manual control allows for precise temperature adjustments, while the 4-position adjustable spring-balanced rack with a ball grip handle ensures easy access and versatility in cooking. The standing pilot ignition system provides reliable lighting, and the durable stainless steel exterior offers both style and easy maintenance. This broiler includes a pressure regulator and comes equipped with both LP and natural gas conversion kits, meeting CSA Flame, CSA Star, and CSA-Sanitation standards for safety and quality.
