Description
The IKON ISP61-2D Refrigerated Counter is a versatile sandwich and salad prep unit designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 61-1/5"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H, it features a stainless steel top with an opening for (16) 1/6 pans, which are included for immediate use. This two-section unit includes (2) drawers and (1) solid hinged door, providing ample storage and easy access to ingredients. The interior boasts a 304 stainless steel floor for easy cleaning, complemented by an aluminum back wall and ABS side walls and door backs. The removable cutting board enhances prep convenience, while the electronic thermostat allows for precise temperature control within a range of 33° - 40°F. A digital LED temperature display ensures visibility of the current settings. Equipped with an automatic defrost feature, this unit maintains optimal performance with minimal maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates at 1/2 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, with a power draw of 4.3 amps. The stainless steel exterior is both durable and easy to clean, and the unit is supported by (2) 2-1/2" swivel casters, with (2) braked for stability.
