Description
The IKON ISP61 Refrigerated Counter is a versatile sandwich and salad prep unit designed for efficiency and durability. With a spacious 15.5 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 61-1/5"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The stainless steel top features an opening for (16) 1/6 pans, which are included for immediate use. This unit is equipped with two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, providing ample storage and easy access to ingredients. A removable cutting board enhances prep convenience. The electronic thermostat allows for precise temperature control within a range of 33° - 40°F, and the digital LED temperature display ensures easy monitoring. Designed for optimal performance, the unit features automatic defrost, a 304 stainless steel interior floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2" swivel casters, with two braked for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/2 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.3 amps. The unit is cULus and UL EPH certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
