IKON ITG-36 LP

The IKON ITG-36 LP is a high-performance gas griddle designed for countertop use, measuring 36" W x 34.4" D. It features three powerful U-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs for a total output of 90,000 BTUs, ensuring efficient cooking for a variety of dishes. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking surfaces. Adjustable manual thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front-lit pilot light enhances visibility during operation. The griddle is equipped with three gas control knobs for easy adjustment and operation. Constructed with double wall insulated sides, the unit maintains heat effectively while ensuring safety. The welded back and side splash guards help contain spills, and the rear flue promotes proper ventilation. A removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle simplifies cleanup, complemented by a 4" wide grease trough for efficient grease management. The stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs provide durability and stability, while non-skid feet ensure secure placement on any countertop. The IKON ITG-36 LP is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified, and it ships with a natural gas conversion kit for added versatility.
