Description
The IKON ITG-48 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 48" W x 34.4" D, it features four powerful U-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU for a total output of 120,000 BTU, ensuring efficient cooking for a variety of dishes. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and even cooking surfaces. Adjustable manual thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front lit pilot light ensures easy ignition. The griddle is equipped with four gas control knobs for convenient operation. Double wall insulated sides enhance safety and energy efficiency, while welded back and side splash guards help maintain a clean workspace. The rear flue design promotes optimal ventilation, and the removable 3-1/4" grease drawer features a weep hole and baffle for easy cleaning. A 4" wide grease trough collects excess grease, further simplifying maintenance. The stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs with non-skid feet provide durability and stability. The IKON ITG-48 is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified, and it ships with an LP gas conversion kit for versatile fuel options.
