IKON ITG-60 LP

The IKON ITG-60 LP is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 60" W x 34.4" D, it features five powerful 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, delivering a total output of 150,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution and durability. Adjustable manual thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front-lit pilot light provides easy visibility. The unit is equipped with five gas control knobs for individual burner operation. Constructed with double wall insulated sides, the griddle maintains heat effectively and enhances safety. The welded back and side splash guards protect your workspace, and the rear flue ensures proper ventilation. Cleaning is made simple with a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer featuring a weep hole and baffle, along with a 4" wide grease trough to manage excess grease. The stainless steel cabinet and six adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet provide stability and durability. This griddle is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified, and it ships with a natural gas conversion kit for added versatility.
