Description
The IKON ITG-60 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 60" W x 34.4" D, it features five powerful 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, delivering a total output of 150,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution and durability. Adjustable manual thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the front-lit pilot light provides easy visibility. The unit is equipped with five gas control knobs for individual burner adjustments. Double wall insulated sides enhance safety and energy efficiency. For convenience, the IKON ITG-60 includes welded back and side splash guards, a rear flue for smoke management, and a removable 3-1/4" grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle to simplify cleanup. The 4" wide grease trough collects excess grease, ensuring a tidy cooking surface. Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and six adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet, this griddle offers stability and durability.
