Description
The Imbera USA SPT29 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With dimensions of 41-3/4"H x 28-7/8"W x 30-7/8"D, it features a solid stainless steel door and a stainless steel shelf measuring 10-1/8" x 22-7/8". The unit is equipped with electronic temperature control, allowing for precise adjustments within a thermostat setting range of 32.9°F to 41°F. This energy-efficient model utilizes eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant R290, with a compressor power of 1/5 HP and a dynamic condenser for optimal cooling performance. The stainless steel exterior and interior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while cyclopentane insulation foam enhances energy efficiency. The CIR EVO 2V0 controller provides user-friendly operation, and the unit comes with pre-installed casters for easy mobility. It can accommodate optional 1/6" size pans (6" deep) and includes black shelves for added convenience. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2 amps, it features a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward electrical connection.
