With a spacious 77"W x 30-1/2"D x 36"H design, it accommodates up to five food pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens and catering events. The counter boasts a white bottom display, perfect for showcasing crocks and pans. Its mobile modular design includes an open cabinet base for easy access and storage. Constructed with a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top and a robust 14-gauge stainless steel frame, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a commercial environment. Equipped with five heavy-duty double bearing swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability, the CRAS-77 is easy to maneuver. It operates on a 6-foot cord and plug, with a powerful 3/4 HP compressor, compatible with 120v/208-1v electrical systems, drawing 8.7 amps.
