This self-contained unit features a refrigerated base and a cold pan, accommodating up to four food pans. With dimensions of 63"W x 30-1/2"D x 36"H, it maintains food temperatures between 33°F and 41°F, ensuring freshness. The white bottom display enhances visibility for crocks and pans, while the mobile modular design allows for easy repositioning. Constructed with a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top and a robust 14-gauge stainless steel frame, it is built to withstand heavy use. The unit is equipped with 5"H heavy-duty double bearing swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. It operates on a 1/3 HP motor, 120V, and 9.0 amps, featuring a 6' cord and plug.
