This Spec Series model features two powerful open burners, delivering a total of 70,000 BTU for efficient cooking performance. The range is equipped with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. Its open cabinet base includes a bottom shelf for convenient storage, while the removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate, this range combines durability with a sleek appearance. The 6" legs come with adjustable feet for easy leveling on any surface. Certified by cETLus and NSF, the Imperial IHR-2-18-XB is built to meet the rigorous demands of commercial cooking environments.
