The Imperial IHR-2-1HT-C is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features two open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, providing excellent heat retention and even cooking. The 18"W hot top allows for versatile cooking options, while the convection oven, equipped with a powerful 1/2 HP blower motor, ensures consistent baking results. The oven interior is porcelain-coated for easy cleaning and durability, and it comes with three chrome racks for optimal cooking space. Manual controls offer straightforward operation, and a removable crumb tray simplifies maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Additional features include a 7"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate for added convenience, along with 6" legs that have adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 155,000 BTU and a power rating of 45kW, this range operates on 120v/1-ph at 6.0 amps, meeting cETLus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
