The Imperial IHR-3HT-3-C is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features three powerful open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring even heat distribution and stability for pots and pans. The range includes three 12"W hot tops for additional cooking versatility. Equipped with a convection oven powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor, this unit offers efficient cooking with a porcelain interior that simplifies cleaning. It comes with three chrome racks to accommodate various baking needs. Manual controls provide straightforward operation, while a removable crumb tray enhances maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the range is built for durability and easy upkeep. The 7"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate add functionality and safety to your workspace. With 6" legs featuring adjustable feet, it can be leveled to fit any kitchen layout. Delivering a total output of 275,000 BTU (81kW), this range operates on 120v/1-ph with a 6.0 amp draw, meeting cETLus and NSF standards for commercial use.
