The Imperial IHR-3HT-3-M is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This modular unit features three powerful open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring even heat distribution and stability for pots and pans. It includes three 12"W hot tops for versatile cooking options, all controlled manually for precise temperature adjustments. The range is equipped with a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning and maintenance. Its stainless steel front and sides provide durability and a sleek appearance, while the 7"D landing ledge and backguard enhance functionality and safety. With a total output of 240,000 BTU (70kW), this range is built to handle the demands of busy kitchens. Certified cETLus and NSF, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
