It features four open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates for optimal heat distribution and cooking versatility. The range includes a 12"W hot top for additional cooking space and a standard oven equipped with one chrome rack for efficient baking and roasting. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range ensures durability and easy cleaning. The 7"D landing ledge provides extra workspace, while the backguard and kick plate enhance safety and functionality. The unit stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet for stability on any surface. With a powerful output of 230,000 BTU (67kW), it meets the demands of high-volume cooking. Certified cETLus and NSF, the Imperial IHR-4-1HT is built for reliability and performance in any commercial kitchen setting.
