Featuring six open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, this range ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking performance. Manual controls provide precise temperature adjustments, while the open cabinet base includes a bottom shelf for convenient storage. A removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup, and the stainless steel front and sides offer durability and easy maintenance. The 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate enhance functionality and safety. With 240,000 BTU and 70kW of power, this range meets high-volume cooking demands. It is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The 6" legs with adjustable feet allow for easy leveling on any surface.
