The Imperial IHR-F75 is a heavy-duty gas fryer designed for high-volume frying needs. With a generous 75 lb. capacity, it features tube-fired cast iron burners that deliver consistent heat for optimal cooking performance. The millivolt temperature controls allow for precise temperature management, ensuring perfect frying results every time. This fryer comes equipped with a wire mesh crumb screen and two nickel-plated baskets for efficient frying and easy cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel front, door, sides, basket hanger, and frypot, it offers durability and easy maintenance. The fryer stands on 6" legs and boasts a powerful output of 175,000 BTU (51 kW), meeting CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards for safety and reliability.
