The Imperial IHR-G24-2-C is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features two open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring even heat distribution and superior cooking performance. The 24"W griddle boasts a 1" thick plate for optimal cooking versatility, complemented by a 4"W grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity for easy cleanup. Equipped with a convection oven powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor, this range provides consistent cooking results with its porcelain interior and three chrome racks for ample baking space. Manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the removable crumb tray simplifies maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the range includes a 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate for added convenience. The 6" legs come with adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 175,000 BTU (51kW) and a 120v/60 power requirement at 6.0 amps, this range is cETLus, ETL, and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
