The 24"W griddle boasts a 1" thick plate, perfect for searing and sautéing, while the 4"W grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity simplifies cleanup. Manual controls provide precise temperature adjustments, and the removable crumb tray enhances maintenance efficiency. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range also includes a 5"D landing ledge and backguard for added convenience. With a powerful output of 140,000 BTU (41kW), it meets cETLus and NSF standards, making it an ideal choice for any professional kitchen.
