The Imperial IHR-GT18-2-XB is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features two powerful open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring optimal heat distribution and cooking performance. The integrated 18"W griddle boasts a 1" thick plate for even cooking, complemented by precise thermostatic controls for accurate temperature management. The open cabinet base includes a convenient bottom shelf for additional storage, while the stainless steel front and sides provide durability and easy maintenance. A 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate enhance functionality and safety. The range is supported by 6" legs with adjustable feet for stability on any surface. With a total output of 120,000 BTU (35kW), this range meets rigorous standards, certified by cETLus, ETL, and NSF, making it an ideal choice for high-demand culinary environments.
