The Imperial IHR-GT18-2 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features two open burners with durable cast iron "S" grates, ensuring even heat distribution and stability for pots and pans. The integrated 18"W griddle boasts a 1" thick cooking plate, perfect for preparing a variety of dishes. A 4"W grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity simplifies cleanup, while thermostatic controls provide precise temperature management. The standard oven includes one chrome rack and a removable crumb tray for easy maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. Additional features include a 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate for added convenience, along with 6" legs equipped with adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 160,000 BTU (47kW), the Imperial IHR-GT18-2 is cETLus, ETL, and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
