Equipped with a powerful convection oven and a 1/2 HP blower motor, this range enhances cooking efficiency and consistency. It includes three chrome racks for versatile cooking options and thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The stainless steel front and sides provide durability and easy cleaning, while the 5"D landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate add functionality and safety. With adjustable 6" legs, this range can be customized to fit your kitchen layout. It delivers an impressive 125,000 BTU output, operating at 37kW and 120v/60 with 6.0 amps. Certified by cETLus, ETL, and NSF, the Imperial IHR-GT36-C is built to meet the demands of any professional kitchen.
