Description
The Imperial IHR-RB-P is a 36" Heavy Duty Gas Range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This spec series range features a powerful charbroiler with cast iron radiants and slanted cast iron top grates for optimal heat distribution and grilling efficiency. The front grease gutter ensures easy cleanup, while the convection oven, equipped with a 1/2 HP blower motor, delivers even baking results. The oven interior is porcelain-coated for durability and easy maintenance, and it comes with three chrome racks to accommodate various cooking needs. A removable crumb tray and drip pan simplify the cleaning process. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 7"D landing ledge and stub back provide additional workspace, and with a total output of 130,000 BTU (26kW), it meets cETLus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
