It features twelve open burners with pilot lights and a low simmer capability, allowing for precise temperature control. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. This range includes a powerful convection oven equipped with a 1/2 HP blower motor, ensuring even cooking and baking results. The porcelain interior is easy to clean, and three chrome racks offer versatile cooking options. Manual controls provide straightforward operation, while the open cabinet base with a bottom shelf offers additional storage space. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and backguard, this range is built for durability and easy maintenance. The 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate enhance functionality, and the 6" legs with adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 414,000 BTU (121 kW), this range meets the demands of any busy kitchen and is certified by NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star for safety and performance.
