The Imperial IR-12-C is a high-performance 72" gas restaurant range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring twelve open burners with pilot lights and a low simmer capability, it allows for precise cooking control. The durable cast iron grates provide excellent heat retention and stability for pots and pans. This range includes a powerful convection oven equipped with a 1/2 HP blower motor and a porcelain interior for easy cleaning. It comes with three chrome racks to maximize cooking versatility. Additionally, a standard oven with one chrome rack is included, offering further baking options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and backguard, the Imperial IR-12-C ensures durability and easy maintenance. The removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup, while the 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate enhance functionality. The adjustable 6" legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 449,000 BTU (132 kW), this range meets NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
