This Pro Series Restaurant Range features a powerful charbroiler with cast iron radiants and top grates, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The open cabinet design includes a bottom shelf for convenient storage, while the integrated grease trough and removable drip pan facilitate easy cleanup. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, this range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The 11" high backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate enhance functionality and safety. With 6" legs featuring adjustable feet, it can be easily leveled on any surface. Delivering 60,000 BTU and 18kW of cooking power, this range is NSF and CSA Flame certified, meeting rigorous safety standards.
